Week 6 & 7 – Finally, noticeable results

Apologies for the lack of update, I took a well-deserved week off. So, with regards to progress….yes I have made some! I have lost 5lbs since my last update by not snacking. Big fat congratulations to me. I am pleased to say that it hasn’t gone unnoticed – friends have commented on the weight in which I have lost. There is nothing better than receiving compliments when you are trying so hard at something.  With this loss I have been able to fit into clothes that I had stored away and didn’t think would see the light of day again, and I managed to fit into a pair of size 10 trousers that I haven’t managed to wear for over 3 years; never mind the fact that the seams could have ripped at any minute, I was just elated I could do them up.

There are just over 8 weeks until the wedding in Malta and I still need to lose over a stone, I was aiming for my final in to be sitting on the scales at 10 stone but I need to be realistic here and not push myself too far. My constant trips to the gym and daily dog working as well as a balanced diet are finally paying off, and if I carry on, then I will have reached my desired goal in time.
