Only a short post today but I am pleased to announce that this weeks activities have paid off with the loss of 2 pounds. Slow and steady weight loss is what I’m after, even despite all the Easter eggs sitting on the shelf. I believe this is down to a combination of a more controlled diet, dog walking, geocaching (if you haven’t done this before, I suggest you try it, great activity for both children and adults), and a couple of jogs with my six year old son, who refused to let me walk.
I decided to treat myself to some lovely shoes from Very as a reward. Pretty, aren’t they?
